Wild Child is an immersive outdoor children’s camp typically held at Saranac on the Nile. We have held Wild Child almost every year since 2017, so this year we are celebrating our 10th year of Wild Child!

Our overarching theme for Wild Child is Wild Wonder!  Through thoughtfully curated activities, plus plenty of free time, Wild Child Campers have the chance to be active, adventure in nature, and be creative through arts, crafts, dance and music, all while making life-long friends.

We have 15 pins that Wild Child campers can earn by completing Wild Child Missions or exploring Wild Child Values.  The activities are collaborative, non-competitive and creative, allowing kids to build strong friendships, become empowered individually, and have fun.  All activities are interest-led and 'go with the flow' of nature's emergent curriculum.

The mission of Wild Child camps is for kids to get outside to enjoy adventures in nature, engage in meaningful local service projects, and have fun while connecting with new and old friends.

Wild Child gives kids the chance to engage in activities they love, while also exploring and connecting with Wild Child Core Values
